How to Order?

You must have a registered BalticFresh account/or you must sign up and be logged in to place an order.

1.Browse all our categories or search for products, choose the ones you want and add them to your cart.

2.Once you are done, go to the shopping basket icon and click «Checkout».

3.Review your items, delivery address and payment mode.

4.On the next page, click « Confirm My Order» and your order is placed.

5.You will receive a confirmation shortly via email.

6.You can also check «Order History» to ensure that your order has been processed.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests to add or remove items to your order once you’ve completed the checkout process.

 

 

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, after your order completes, we will send you a link to track your parcel status.

Can I order for wholesale?

All orders are specifically for personal use and consumption for up to 20kg purchases, in each order and for anything above, it is suggested to make a new purchase. For wholesale purchase, kindly email to us at help@balticfresh.com. 

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us within 2 hours after making an order. We will do our best to accommodate you. We are, however, unable to accommodate cancellation requests once your order has begun processing.
