What do I have to do if I receive damaged/missing items in my parcel?

1) For damaged item, you will need to take a photo and send to us through your email (help@balticfresh.com) with the order ID and a short description. We will investigate the matter and revert within 3 to 5 working days. Do note that our basic visual inspection only covers: quantity, colour, size, design and obvious visual defects. 

2) For the missing item, you will need to send an email to help@balticfresh.com, with the missing order ID and item description. We will investigate and revert within 3 to 5 working days.
