Delivery Information

When can I get my shopping delivered and how long it will take?

After payment your order is processed within 24 hours and the delivery time is from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the postal service. We may also delay a shipment due to inclement weather.
When shipping perishable foods, depending on the items purchased, we may add ice gel packs and use an insulated shipping container at an additional cost. Ice packs cost 2 Euro and insulated shipping containers cost 5 euro (total cost 7 euro). These additional costs will be added to your bill. Your order CANNOT be shipped without this payment.
Most orders ship within 24 hours.

 

Who will deliver my order?

At BalticFresh has engaged an international Postal company such as DHL and International Post Union to deliver the order to your doorstep. 

Do you deliver to office or commercial address?

Yes, if requested, but residential address must be indicated. Office address as an option.

5 kg-6 kg=15 euro

6 kg-7 kg =18 euro

8 kg= 21 euro

9 kg= 24 euro

10 kg= 27 euro

 

11 kg= 30 euro

12 kg= 33 euro

13 kg= 36 euro

14 kg= 39 euro

15 kg= 42 euro

16 kg= 45 euro

17 kg= 48 euro

 

All orders are specifically for personal use. For wholesale purchase above S$400, local GST is applicable. For more information for bigger quantity, kindly contact at help@balticfresh.com.

How do I change my delivery address ?

You can change your delivery address. In order to do so, go to 'My Orders' and click on 'Amend Address'.

Checking your order status

To check your order status: 

Login to the website:
Click to Your Account. Then select Order History.
Look under the Status column. Your order should be in one of the following statuses:


PENDING: Your order has been received.
PROCESSING: Your order is processing.
SHIPPING: Your order is in final processing before shipment.
COMPLETE: Your order has shipped.
CANCELED: Your order has been canceled.
VOIDED: Your order has been voided.

Tracking your order

If your shipment has a tracking number, we will include it in the email that you received when your order was shipped.   If you did not receive your shipping confirmation email then you can also track your order from your account in website.

Click on Your name on the navigation bar. Then select Order History. Click on View. Look under the Comment column, there should be your tracking number.
