Your groceries are picked and packed by our team in accordance with AVA standards. Appropriate temperature provided during transport. Food and non-food items suitably segregated to prevent cross contamination. All prepackaged foods come with a date indication on the label, these are either "use by" or "best before " dates. All deliveries should be transferred to suitable storage without delay. When shipping perishable foods, depending on the items purchased, we may add ice gel packs and use an insulated shipping container at an additional cost. Ice packs cost 8 Euro and insulated shipping containers cost 7 euro (Total cost 15 euro). These additional costs will be added to your bill. Your order CANNOT be shipped without this payment.
